Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the informational website at sinefour.com (the “Site”), operated by Sinefour Labs LLC (“Sinefour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and is separate from these Terms.

About the Site

The Site describes our company, research interests, and contact details. It does not currently offer customer accounts, payment services, or downloadable commercial products. Additional or separate terms may apply if we later offer products or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms govern your use of the Site and supersede prior understandings concerning that use, but do not replace any separate written agreement with Sinefour.
